RELIEVE STRESS Stress is called the silent killer. Feelings of stress come from any situation in which we feel frustrated, angry or anxious. While certain types of stress can be good for you - such as the stress caused by a romantic encounter or the anticipation of a reward - stress that begins to debilitate or produce depression is undesirable. Such a condition calls for change and while you may not be able to change the world, you can change your reaction to it. You need to change your behaviour and reactions to the things that cause you stress. Your overall objectives in regard to changing your behaviour are clear. They are:
