I have worked for many years teaching, guiding and counselling people, focusing on many varied issues enabling them to change and grow and develop in order to move forward with their lives.

I am a qualified hypnotherapist and registered as a member of the Hypnotherapy Society. The Hynotherapy Society acts as the professional body maintaining good standards, for both the client and the therapist. The Society is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I am also registered on the Hypnotherapists' Register.

My practice is in the village of Lower Upnor situated on the River Medway which is close to Rochester cathedral and castle.
